All our filters are available with any of our countertop or undercounter systems and the filter candles will fit many other manufacturers’ models too including our FTO+ Gravity filter. Please consult the company prior for confirmation of compatibility with your existing filter housing.

How do I know when to change my filter?
For optimal performance, we do recommend that you change our filters approximately every five to six months, however this also depends on the usage and water quality.
Technically the filter should be changed after 6000 litres of water usage. If you start to taste chlorine in the water and it’s a white filter, then it’s time to change. If you have a blue filter and you have cleaned the exterior of the ceramic filter yourself to prolong its life, then it is time to change the filter once the exterior blue colour has disappeared.
