We hope you managed to find time to take a break and relax over what is usually a busy holiday period. We are very excited about the year ahead as we continue to develop the Coldstream brand and improve and develop the technology behind the Coldstream range. The subject of accessing and drinking clean water and benefits of hydration continues to increase in the media and especially at this time at the start of the year.
Advice from the NHS here in the UK is that you should drink plenty of fluids ideally fresh and clean water to stay hydrated. The key is to drink regularly throughout the day (at least 6-8 mugs). Perhaps you have a new year fitness regime or if your just more active then there’s a greater risk that you will become dehydrated. To stay hydrated, you should increase your fluid intake.
